• Full contact details of the submitting party.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
Modern Warships is operated as a fan-driven platform. It is not officially connected to or endorsed by the creators of the games or materials referenced. All game titles, images, and characters remain the property of their respective owners.
Infringing materials may be removed immediately upon receipt of a valid notice. Accounts repeatedly linked to infringement may face suspension or permanent restriction in order to maintain compliance with copyright law.
Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney’s fees, as provided under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
